
Glenn O’Neil
Co-Principal Investigator
Glenn O’Neil leads the development of the producer feedback tool and contributes to the hydrologic modeling efforts of the water team. He is an environmental scientist and GIS specialist at the Institute of Water Research at Michigan State University, and has helped lead its modeling, GIS analysis, and web-based decision support tool development over the past 20 years. O’Neil holds a doctorate and master’s degree in Geography from Michigan State University, and a bachelor’s degree in geographic information science and a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from the University of Maryland.
