Desiree Ramus is a Research Associate for the Metrics, Management, and Monitoring (3M) Project at the Noble Research Institute. She plays a hands-on role in long-term ecological monitoring by collecting high-quality field data across Noble properties and collaborating producer lands in Oklahoma and Texas. Her work includes plant identification, soil sampling, water infiltration measurements, and execution of the Ecological Outcome Verification (EOV) protocol to assess land health and ecosystem function. Beyond fieldwork, Desiree supports data management and continuously works to improve data accuracy and workflow efficiency. She is passionate about providing reliable information that guides land management decisions and advances ecological research.
