Research Assistant

Thomas James is a research assistant for the Metrics, Management, and Monitoring Project at Noble Research Institute. He supports field operations by gathering and organizing sampling supplies, as well as organizing and ensuring the collection and storage of high-quality data in alignment with research protocols. His responsibilities include plant identification, soil sampling, water infiltration measurements and executing the Ecological Outcome Verification (EOV) protocol at monitoring sites across Noble properties and collaborating producers in Oklahoma and Texas. Thomas also assists with GIS troubleshooting for the project.

Previously, he worked as an ag technology assistant at Noble Research Institute.
