Grazing Research Projects at the Noble Research Institute
The Noble Foundation is conducting two grazing studies at its Pasture Demonstration Farm. The first project is looking at extending the grazing season for cow-calf operations through various forage systems. The object is to minimize the amount of hay that needs to be fed to the herd. The second study with stockers is looking at the integration of cover crops into a small grains grazing system.
James Rogers' presentation was part of the Noble Foundation's Texoma Cattlemen's Conference on February 24, 2017 in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
