The Ninnekah High School team placed first at the Oklahoma Envirothon competition held on March 29 at the Noble Research Institute. This is Ninnekah’s second consecutive win and the fourth year for Noble’s youth education and outreach program to host the Oklahoma Envirothon competition.
The Oklahoma Envirothon is a team-based competition for high school students interested in learning about the fundamentals of natural resource management.
Students gain a greater understanding of the science, technology, engineering and math components of agriculture through tours, competitions and empowered teachers.
The Madill High School team placed first at the Oklahoma Envirothon competition held in March at the Noble Research Institute.
