Guidelines for Grant Seekers

General areas of interest

The primary focus of the Noble Foundation granting program is on capital funding for higher education and on health research and delivery systems. Generally, the emphasis of our grantmaking is geographically focused on Oklahoma organizations and projects. The Noble Foundation will not consider requests for multiyear commitments.

Applicant qualifications

Proposals are considered only from 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations located within the United States.

No loans or grants are available for individuals or for-profit entities.

Required letter of inquiry

Before a formal grant application will be distributed to the requesting organization (for completion and return to the Noble Foundation), the grant-seeking organization must submit a letter of inquiry. The letter (approximately two pages) should summarize both the organization and the project for which a grant is requested.

Letters of inquiry may be submitted via mail or email to:
Mary Kate Wilson, Director of Philanthropy, Engagement and Project Management
The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation Inc.
2510 Sam Noble Parkway
Ardmore, OK 73401
