General Overview

Growing vegetables in the Southern Great Plains can be rewarding and profitable, but it doesn’t come without challenges. Weather, pests, and limited soil and water resources all combine to frustrate even seasoned growers. This course is designed to focus on the cultural practices, specific to each group of vegetable crops, that will reduce risk and increase success.
