Greetings Colleagues and welcome to our new and developing NFMetabolomics website!
The Noble NFMetabolomics website is a centralized access portal for Metabolomics related information generated by scientists at the Noble Foundation and especially The Sumner Research Group. This site includes a listing of our numerous externally funded Metabolomics projects and ultimately links to the raw data, processed data, and related publications. The site also hosts numerous tools developed by The Sumner Group and Collaborators. These include processing tools such as Met-IDEA and MSFACTs as well as pathway databases such as MedicCyc. The tools link also includes access to mass spectral libraries. We are currently constructing a Plant Metabolite Database that will contain detailed structural information as well as experimental measured information such as mass spectra, UV and eventually NMR data. We are also beginning to populate a Metabolic Atlas Database. This will be focused on legumes initially, but likely expanded as we progress. This website also contains links describing our outreach efforts, which are an important part of our program and a real joy to our scientists. We hope you find this site useful and welcome your feedback.
