Noble/Growsafe Internship: Description
What will I be doing?
The Noble/Growsafe Lloyd Noble Scholar in Agriculture summer internship will be jointly sponsored by the Noble Foundation and GrowSafe Systems Ltd. in Calgary, Alberta. The successful applicant will engage in activities associated with the development of producer application tools to utilize individual animal feed intake, feed efficiency and similar information. Throughout the summer, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to interact with agriculture consultants and researchers as well as allied industry personnel. This will be a unique opportunity to combine state of the art research results with real-world producer needs. This position will be located in Ardmore, OK along with several other Lloyd Noble Scholars in Agriculture. More information on Growsafe Systems Ltd. is available at www.growsafe.com.
This program usually begins in mid-May or early June, ends in August and is open to college students classified as juniors or higher. Review of applications will begin February 15, 2012, and close when the positions have been filled.
