Description:
A trailing or climbing legume found on a variety of sites. Stems are usually hairy. Flowers and leaflets are greater in number than those of Narrow-leaved vetch, Vicia sativa. Fruit is short and fat. Eaten by livestock and browsed by white-tailed deer, turkey and other wildlife.
