Registration begins October 1st and will close on October 30th. Registration fees are $100/person or $50/person for postdocs and students. Registration includes all meals during the conference. Registration fees will be accepted only by check. Please make checks payable to 30th Annual Crown Gall Conference. All payments should reach us before October 30th.

Accommodations
The Noble Foundation will provide free accommodation on a first-come, first-serve basis. First preference will be given to those from academia especially graduate students and postdocs. If you require free accommodation, please indicate that in the registration form.
Local hotels are offering a special negotiated price for the Crown Gall Meeting. Ten rooms are blocked in each of the hotels and will be released to general public after Nov 8th. Please reserve your rooms ahead of time. Please mention Crown Gall Meeting at the Noble Foundation when reserving a room so that you can get the special rate.

Please plan on being here on the evening of Nov 20th. Talks will begin early morning on Nov 21st. We plan to finish by noon on Nov 22nd.
The nearest airports are Dallas-Ft. Worth and Oklahoma City Will Rogers. Both are equidistant from Ardmore (100 miles). You normally get better connections from Dallas. American Airlines have direct flights to Dallas from major cities in the United States.
We recommend renting a car to travel from the airport to Ardmore. You can also coordinate with others and car pool with them. We can arrange transportation from the airport to Ardmore and back on a limited basis for people who are unable to drive or those coming from abroad.
