Southern Plains Beef Symposium Set for August 14

WHAT: The Southern Plains Beef Symposium — "Checking the Basics"
WHEN: Saturday, August 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
WHERE: Ardmore Convention Center, Ardmore, Okla.
WHY: The Southern Plains Beef Symposium is a great one-day cattle conference
where you can learn about cattle industry applications and get excellent information.
Speakers will cover a wide range of current topics, from grass production basics
to mineral supplementation for beef cattle. Enjoy a ribeye steak at lunch and
