Texas Beef Quality Producer Program Announced

What: Texas Beef Quality Producer Program, Levels I and II
When: Sept. 4, 2002 — 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Where: Southern Oklahoma Technology Center, Seminar Room A — 2610 Sam Noble Parkway (Hwy. 199), Ardmore, Okla.

The Noble Foundation and the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association have teamed up to bring the Texas Beef Quality Producer Program to an expanded group of producers in southern Oklahoma and northern Texas.

This is an opportunity for cow-calf producers, stocker operators and their employees to get in-depth Beef Quality Assurance training on beef safety, beef quality and the relationships between beef production and the environment.

Pre-registration is required, and the $10 per person fee includes the noon meal. Please send payments to Melissa Castleman, c/o the Noble Foundation, P.O. Box 2180, Ardmore OK 73402.
