Pecan Grafting Seminar Set April 20 Presenters at the seminar will include Noble Foundation horticulturist Gordon "Dooly" Barlow, Foundation pecan specialist Scott Landgraf, retired pecan specialist Dr. Glenn "Cat" Taylor, and OSU Extension pecan specialist Dr. Dean McCraw. Topics to be covered include the theory of pecan grafting,
pecan variety selection, three different grafting technique demonstrations, and grafting follow-up procedures.
The seminar will include a time for questions and answers as well as an optional outdoor hands-on grafting
demonstration. ### The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation, headquartered in Ardmore, Okla., is a non-profit organization conducting agricultural, forage biotechnological, and plant biology research; providing grants to numerous non-profit charitable, educational and health organizations; and assisting farmers and ranchers through educational and consultative agricultural programs.
