Noble Foundation Grazing School Set for Oct. 6-9

WHO: The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation, Inc.

WHAT: The Noble Foundation Agricultural Division’s Grazing School — A four-day, high-impact event for grazing managers

WHEN: Oct. 6-9, 2003

WHERE: The Noble Foundation in Ardmore, Okla.

WHY: This is an opportunity for grazing managers to learn about a wide range of topics during hands-on field exercises and classroom presentations by Noble Foundation agricultural specialists. Some of the subjects to be covered are plant identification, estimating forage yield, the pros and cons of rotational grazing, cattle behavior, prescribed burning and differences in native and introduced grass pastures.
