A two-day conference featuring agritourism expert Jane Eckert and focusing on Agritourism and Alternative Agriculture has been set for Nov. 6-7 in Ardmore, officials said.
Founder of St. Louis-based Eckert AgriMarketing, Eckert has appeared on national television promoting agritourism and alternative agriculture, said Abby Cash, Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry agritourism director.
Registration is $100 for the two-day conference if received by October 20. After that date registration is $125. Reduced fees are available for people attending the conference for only one day.
