Department of Granting: Staff

Donna Windel is the Director of Granting at the Noble Foundation. She received her bachelor of science in mathematics from the University of Oklahoma in 1967.

Donna joined the Noble Foundation staff in 1986. Prior to coming to the Foundation, she worked as a certified public accountant in a public accounting practice. She is a frequent speaker on nonprofit issues, particularly relating to accounting and grantmaking. She is currently serving on the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics Board of Trustees.

Mary Kate Wilson is the Program Officer in the Noble Foundation Granting Department. She received her bachelor of science in public relations and marketing from Oklahoma State University in 1997.

Mary Kate joined the Noble Foundation staff in 1997 shortly after graduating from OSU. She coordinates the Foundation's Profiles and Perspectives Community Enrichment Series and manages the Sam Noble Scholarship Program. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Ardmore City Schools Enrichment Foundation. She also serves as the chair of the Cornerstone Steering Committee and as a member of Ardmore Young Professionals Organization Steering Committee.

Annie Coble is the Program Assistant in the Noble Foundation Granting Department. She received her bachelor of science in agricultural economics from Oklahoma State University in 2001.

Annie joined the Noble Foundation in 2003, working in the Agricultural Division before moving to the Granting Department in June 2008. Coble processes grant requests, maintains the grant filing system and serves as a liaison for grant seekers.
