Swigert is an agricultural economist with the NF-4 consulting team. He has been with the Foundation since 1990. His primary emphasis is working with producers on financial record keeping and analysis, marketing, information systems and strategic planning.

Before coming to the Noble Foundation, Swigert managed a purebred beef cattle operation and a 6,000-head heifer operation for the Braum's Corporation. He also worked as a financial analyst for the Farm Credit System in Missouri.

Swigert is a member of the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, Oklahoma Banker Association and Missouri Academy of Science. Locally, he is trustee of the Oklahoma Camps for the United Methodist Church.

He was raised on a family farm in Missouri, where they had row crops, beef cattle and hogs.
