Norman joined the Noble Foundation staff in 2008 as an Ag Research Assistant, working on pasture clean up and fencing. Before coming to the Noble Foundation, he worked in the oil fields as a roustabout.

Norman grew up in Ringling, Okla. and in 2000, moved to Springer, Okla. with his parents to work on a ranch. Norrman has an extensive history with livestock and agricultural production.
