Becca McMillan joined the Noble Foundation in October 2005 as the administrative assistant for NF-2. Before coming to the Foundation, she worked in Ardmore for Paula Bush's State Farm Insurance Office as a bank specialist.

McMillan grew up in Georgetown, Texas, where she graduated from Georgetown High School. She now lives on a ranch near Dickson, Okla.
