Shan Ingram is the Agricultural Division's education and special projects manager. He joined the Noble Foundation in 1975 as a livestock specialist and served in that capacity for 25 years before accepting his current duties.

Ingram is a board member of the Southern Plains Beef Symposium and is a member of the American Society of Animal Science, National Cattlemen's Beef Association, Texas Cattle Feeders Association, American Angus Association and Carter County Livestock Producers Association. He also is co-chairman of the annual Noble Foundation Junior Beef Excellence contest and served for 15 years as editor of the Division's newsletter, Ag News & Views.

He was raised in Lubbock County, Texas, where his family operated a diversified crops and livestock farm. He enjoys interacting with people and all types of outdoor activities, but especially hunting and fishing.
