Agricultural Division Staff: John Blanton
Blanton serves as the research program manager for the Agricultural Division's Agricultural Research Team. He came to the Noble Foundation in 2008. Before joining the Noble Foundation, Blanton worked for a pharmaceutical company, Intervet Inc., for two years. Prior to that, Blanton was an associate professor at Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas, for eight years. Blanton is a member of the following professional organizations: American Society of Animal Science, American Meat Science Association, Gamma Sigma and American Society of Cytometry. Blanton grew up in Wesley Chapel, Fla., and Pinckney, Mich.
