Objective: To ensure that all records are properly maintained and easily accessible. 9.1 Record Keeping
2. Send a copy of all the health records (includes pesticide application records, processing and vaccination records, and medicated feed additives records) with all animals as they leave. 3. Should unacceptable levels of residues be found in any cattle shipped for slaughter, make all applicable records available to FSIS and FDA personnel. The source and cause of the violative residue will be determined and corrective action should be taken to prevent reoccurrence. 4. Records should be kept in both computer and written form and be easily accessible.
