Fabricating Rubber Lumber for Raised Bed Gardens
Step by Step Photo Instructions

1. Equipment used to construct rubber lumber. |

2. Use a jigsaw to remove sidewalls from the tires. |

3. Cut the tread with a power hacksaw to produce long pieces. |
 |
4. Orient the tread facing down while connecting tread pieces with screws. |
 |
5. Form a loop at both ends of the board. |

6. Remove protruding screw tips with a grinder. |
 |
7. A 30-foot rubber board ready
for transport. |

9. Use a hand winch to stretch 30-foot long rubber boards prior to staking. |
