Welcome to the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation (SNRF) Plant 2D-PAGE database.

The goal of this database is to provide a repository for 2D-PAGE and proteomics information for plant research. The majority of the data is focused on the model legume, Medicago truncatula; however, data from other species are included and welcomed.

Currently the database allows browsing of 2D-PAGE gel archives, on-line and external data submission, and searching based on multiple criteria including species, genotype/treatment, tissue source, subcellular fraction and date of analysis. Our goals will continually push this database towards a more dynamic system in which placing your cursor over a spot will bring up detailed protein information including identification and internet links.
